Fresh Tomato Salsa

Fresh Tomato Salsa

This Mexican Fresh Tomato Salsa is made from all raw ingredients and involves absolutely no cooking. Unlike the chunkier Pico de Gallo which is all chopped by hand, and quite time-consuming, we’re going to whizz up all the fresh ingredients for this salsa in a food processer. You can literally be dipping chips in under 10 minutes.

Ripe tomatoes, tangy lime juice, spicy jalapeños and fragrant coriander/cilantro all go into this Fresh Tomato Salsa. I’t slightly wet consistency makes it perfect for dipping tortilla chips. Also, great in Tacos and a perfect side to any Mexican dish.

  • Pulse until everything is well chopped but not into a paste.
Taste and adjust the sharpness with a pinch of sugar if needed and serve.

Notes

  • Riper fleshier tomatoes are best for this Tomato Salsa.
  • You can adjust the heat of this Salsa, either by changing the amount of Jalapeños or by removing the seeds.
